In many cases for small orders, we can deliver in 2-3 weeks. Sometimes in 10 days at a cost. These are by air freight. Large orders would normally come by sea freight and would take from 6 to 10 weeks depending on quantity.

A. Send us a request to quote with as much detail as possible, preferably with the logo to be printed. We then send you a quote.

• If accepted- we send you a mock-up of the printed product.
• If accepted- we make a sample and email you a digital image from as many angles as needed.
• If accepted- we go to production after receiving a 60% advance for larger orders and FULL payment for smaller ones, unless other arrangements are made, prior to the order.

We have a money back or replacement warranty on all products, provided it is a manufacturing fault.

If a sample is approved or if a digital image is approved for manufacture, the onus will lie with the client if that is what they get.

We carry very little stock, for the reason that most clients want products printed. It is cheaper to print overseas. Secondly there are many qualities of a particular product, colours preference, size! Hence almost all of our products are on indent only.

The other reason being, msot of our products need to be printed before manufacture, like bags and especially balls. The panels need to be printed before they are sewn together.

Some samples are available from over runs. It would be helpful if clients offer to cover some of the costs involved with procuring samples. Courier charges and postage are a large  burden to bear, especially if the order does not come to fruition.
